Hi, I'm Monica Escamilla!

The founder of Instigator of Fun Incorporated — your go-to source for unforgettable travel adventures, group trips, and expertly planned events!

After a rewarding 32-year career as a firefighter paramedic, I’m shifting gears to focus on what I’ve always loved: creating memorable experiences and inspiring people to explore the world. I’m also a proud mom of two grown sons and a passionate solo traveler with an ever-growing bucket list.

Over the years, I’ve planned and experienced a wide variety of trips — from cruises, road trips, and camping getaways to catamaran adventures, international tours, sporting events, and concert travel. Whether it’s Costa Rica, the British Virgin Islands, Florida, the Bahamas, or somewhere entirely new, I’m always ready for the
next great journey.

I’ve combined my love for travel, organizing, and connecting with people to launch Instigator of Fun Incorporated, which includes:
